What we collect
When you use the contact form on this website, we collect your name and email address and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, company and the contents of your message. If you contact us by email or telephone, we collect the details you share with us.
How we use your information
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to arrange the conversation you have asked for, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to, and we never sell it.
Our legal basis
We use your information on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business and, where you ask us to act for you, to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement. You can object at any time.
Where your information is stored
Enquiries are stored securely in Recruit CRM, the system we use to manage our client and candidate relationships, which acts on our behalf. Where any information is transferred outside the UK or the European Economic Area, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Who we share it with
We do not share your information with anyone else without your agreement, unless the law requires us to. We will never send your details to a client or prospective employer without your permission.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details while we are in contact with you and for up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we need to keep them for legal reasons.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for it to be transferred to you or to another organisation. To make a request, email richard@baileyintlpartners.com. We will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so that we can put it right.
